Replied to online posting, submitted resume via online portal, received email, telephone interview followed by two in person interviews. Very accommodating and passionate team. I accepted the job offer and started promptly thereafter. Workload was manageable.

Conflict resolution related and salary expectations.
Manageable, but not over the top. Similar to a pharma interview. I needed to close the hiring manager. There were 4 interviews in total and 1 field ride. The interview process took 3 weeks.

Entretien
I applied with my resume for an interesting position with an attractive pay range. Gia, the AI assistant, helped schedule a Teams interview. The recruiter was clearly reading from a script with a checklist, and when I answered everything positively, I was told the top of the pay range was significantly less than what was advertised.
It was an average interview. Same questions you would be asked for any similar position at another company. Hiring manager was friendly enough, but it seemed like they were somewhere else mentally.
