Very lengthy process. 3 interviews.
I applied through a college recruiter (Vice President) that had asked for a resume and cover letter. Completed two phone interviews. Then was asked to fill out a "formal application"....which only asked for a resume, cover letter, and EEOC demographics....
First 2 interviews were VERY positive. Then I was asked to fill out a demographics form before my 3rd interview and that's when the professionalism from McKesson shifted.
My third interview was a phone interview with the VP's typing obstructing my ability to hear her on her speaker phone. I'm glad I had my mic earphones nearby to help just a little. She was also clearly texting and left her cell phone on during one interview. Truly was able to see that the company's mission was not reflected in the employees with my third interview. More "meet the sales quota" focused and less "develop strong client relations for long lasting sales" focused.
I suddenly stopped receiving interviews based on "experience" after I was asked to fill out a demographics form before my third interview....

I had explained my last position in which I willingly absorbed extra responsibilities to benefit the team after a senior manager walked out. Asked whether I felt as if I was overstepping or if anyone on the team felt I was overstepping.

The interview process was lengthy and very in depth. They really wanted to know my background and if I was serious about the position and what my skill base was. I also was needed to provide any portfolio or sales wins I cout share throughout the past.
The process overall went smoothly, was much better than I expected. I didn't feel too much pressure from the interviewer, and felt the questions really enabled me to showcase my value.

The process was quick which i appreciated. Very direct as well. I was a little bummed as the offer process was dragged out pretty long and they ended up decided on a different candidate. I felt a bit led on.
