I was contacted by a recruiter initially. I submitted my resume to her. 3 phone interviews followed. 2 with my direct supervisor and 1 with the Sales Director. Then I was asked to complete a drug screen and background screen. In-person interview with manager and 3 colleagues after which takes over 2 hours in 1 day.
