I applied online and received a Phone Screen request approximately 3.5 weeks later. The phone screen with HR was fairly standard, they asked questions about various requirements related to the job description. However, there weren't any in-depth questions. This interview is truly to just make sure you match up with your initial application. I was then moved on to a phone interview with the direct hiring manager, who asked more specific questions related to the job and gave a much more thorough description of the role's day to day responsibilities. My last interview was an in person interview, which lasted approximately an hour and 15 min. It was more of a conversation rather than a one sided interview. I was invited to ask as many questions as I needed, and was given clear, full answers.
