The PCA scored a B and also ranks in the Top 30% of other companies on Comparably with 10,000+ Employees in the overall company culture category that includes all genders, ethnicities, and years of experience which makes it a very broad test however being in the top 30% would mean that employees view the company's diversity efforts positively. There was a press release on 9/30/2020 stating that “Paper products manufacturers Schwarz Partners LP and Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) violated federal law by tolerating racial harassment of two African American workers at a manufacturing plant located in McClellan, Calif., the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) charged in a lawsuit announced today.” Employees are making plenty of comments all over Glassdoor and other sites similar

The automated interview setup did not really work. It takes you to the booking site, but there is no phone number or email provided to actually book an interview. The system loops without giving any clear way to finalize the appointment.

Had to go to the office and get asked very easy questions and then gives you the shift to start. make sure to use the star technique and everything. Overall the interview was easy and swift with no delays
