J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez McDonald's (Woodsville, NH) en juin 2015
Entretien
I applied online an got a call about 3 days later to come in for an interview that sunday (about 4 days later). It was really short, brief, and to the point. The manager was really friendly and laid back and skipped over half the questions she was "supposed to ask" just because she didn't feel like going through the whole thing. The crew already there were also very friendly. Most of the interview was about my availability and if I would be willing to take up a full-time position to close and if I'd prefer customer service or the grill. Took no longer than 5-7 minutes. Got a call the next day saying I was hired and to come in for orientation that weekend.
The interview process for a McDonald’s Crew Member position was straightforward, friendly, and focused on basic customer service and teamwork skills. The Hiring Manager asked simple questions about availability, previous experience, reliability, and handling customer interactions. The interview was welcoming, entry-level, and designed to assess attitude and willingness to learn.

Wasn't that bad, sat me down in a store, had to wait for a bit for people before me. All just regular conversational questions, asked some questions to know me more.
