Very straightforward, simple interview questions, friendly manager, set clear expectations about pay and benefits, flexible scheduling around my classses for school, free meals on days that I work, friendly team members
Easy behavioral style interview and i was hired on the spot, just STAR method questions. Easy if you have ever had customer service experience of any kind, so just talk about how you are good with customers and want to learn

Everything was easy there was no hard questions. Just behavioral and customer service questions. The manager was super nice and they understood my schedule completely. I asked for part time opportunity and they were willing to work around my schedule.
