If you are joining from the outside, I feel like its a normal interview - they get to know your personality and ask the basic questions on what you have done / accomplished in the past.
However, if you are interviewing internally for a new role it is Very difficult! When you are internally interviewing you must be able to speak to how you developed under each competency.

Straightforward interview process and it was not too bad i went through several questions and they were all questions seen in the past by me and i did not have issues as i prepared a ton with the questions that were asked as they are standard

screenings then meet with hiring manager on site, a week later got the call to meet the step manager on site. whole process took about 3 weeks, quite efficient and good experience.
