Easiest interview ever because management was so poor. 5 minutes tops. The owner of the store asked me if I had my working papers, if I had health insurance, and then told me when I could start.

The interview consists of a few Basic questions to test your understanding of customer service. Very relaxed approach to hiring and you typically hear back very quickly(within a few days )
Phone call. Then in person interview, if it goes well they'll do a background check. Very streamlined process, it isn't difficult. They mostly care about what hours you are free.

Very simple questions, about school, personality etc. Then we went straight to discussing availability and it was as easy as that. They aren't looking for much so you don't need to do much.
