The interview process at McDonald's was very quick and straightforward. After applying, I was contacted within a few days to schedule an interview. The interview itself was short (about 10–15 minutes) and fairly casual. The manager asked basic questions about availability, customer service experience, and how I would handle working in a fast paced environment.

The process was simple, interview was scheduled via email, but arriving for interview was another topic. Very unprofessional, did not acknowledge that anyone was at the counter waiting, and had five employees walk by the line of customers without a single one being acknowledged.

Easy. Lasted 15 mins. I was asked a bunch of questions customer service but was also listening the bulk of the interview. I the hiring manager was very kind Fun and easy.

In person, They just asked me about qualifications and how long I could work. I just used it as a summer job and they asked if I did well in school and such.
