      Entretien

It was good. Talked about previous experience. Didn't get the job, unfortunately. Would recommend practicing fry cooking before going in. Overall good experience with unfortunate outcome but staff was very nice.

      Entretien

I had my McDonald’s interview yesterday and honestly, it went way better than I expected. I was super nervous walking in, but once I got there, it wasn’t as intimidating as I thought. The manager greeted me and asked me to sit down in one of the booths. It felt pretty relaxed — not like a super formal interview or anything. She started by asking me to tell her a little about myself and why I wanted to work there. I told her I liked fast-paced environments and that I wanted to gain some customer service experience. I also mentioned that I’m reliable and good at working with other people. She asked how I handle stressful situations, especially if it gets busy. I said I try to stay calm, focus on one task at a time, and communicate with my team instead of panicking. We talked a bit about teamwork and how important it is during rush hours. One question that caught me off guard was about dealing with an upset customer. I said I’d listen to them, stay respectful, and try to fix the issue or get a manager if needed. She seemed to like that answer because she nodded and said customer service is a big deal there. At the end, she explained the shifts, the training process, and what a typical day looks like. She asked about my availability and if I could work weekends. I said yes, which seemed like a plus. The whole thing lasted maybe 15–20 minutes. It didn’t feel like an interrogation — more like a conversation. I walked out feeling relieved and actually kind of proud of myself. Now I’m just waiting to hear back, but I think it went pretty well.
