Just be yourself whilst being respectful, of course! The interviewing manager wants to see that you are keen for the job and also have a personality! During my interview, I made them laugh and answered the questions with enthusiasm.
The interview process for a McDonald’s Crew Member position was straightforward, friendly, and focused on basic customer service and teamwork skills. The Hiring Manager asked simple questions about availability, previous experience, reliability, and handling customer interactions. The interview was welcoming, entry-level, and designed to assess attitude and willingness to learn.
