J'ai passé un entretien chez McDonald's (Leeds, England)
Entretien
Quite straightforward and simple. Sat down with hiring manager out in seating area and we discussed previous work history, interests, and availability. Usually they make you do a trial shift which is generally same day as interview. Heard back in two days. Accepted and stayed for 4 years. I wouldn't stress about it as long as you are down to earth and can understand the tasks you’d be expected to do you’ll be okay.
Quite short and simple, one on one interview and a few questions about traits and how you have handled particular experiences in the past e.g. how you would handle different types of customers

Entretien
Very straightforward behavioral questions for the 20 minute interview. Mainly, why McDonald's, and what would you do in certain situations. Very friendly overall and were patient. Process took around 2 weeks.
