I applied online and received a phone call from the HR in about a month. We scheduled a skype interview, but my skype microphone was acting up and we did a phone interview instead. It was about an hour long interview with both the manager and HR. They took turns asking behavioral questions and going through my resume. In about a week, I received a call from the HR again regarding my offer.
