I was contacted for a video interview with the hiring manager. It went well and I was sent an email inviting me to an in office interview. I responded back with my availability and was completely ghosted. I sent 2-3 follow up emails and never heard anything. Completely and totally unprofessional. The recruiting team needs to do better.

This is the first position the division opens so they have no experience with hiring individuals for their own team. They're looking for unrealistic expectations of a candidate that has director or management experience to join an IC level position with a lower compensation then what is posted in the job description. They don't follow-up after interviews and have completly ghosted candidates. I'm not even sure they need a new individual since the req number would be 2-4 reqs for the whole year.
