Nonexistent. Person who scheduled it wasn’t there and nobody knew I was coming. So it was a waste of time. Used to shift lead at another location and did interviews there. So unprofessional

Applied online and received a call the next day about coming in for an interview. First you interview with the assistant manager and if that goes well you interview with the general manager.
