Two online rounds conducted where the panels from both rounds had their webcam switched off. All members cited "Technical Issues" as the excuse for that. The HR did not find an issue contacting on late Sunday evening (off business hours) and informing about a interview round the following day which did not happen as the Manager was on leave. No feedback or response from hiring team received ever. Absolute waste of time and energy. If the company is represented by such individuals having such work practices, would I be wrong to imagine a sad work environment?
