Questions like why did you choose your last position, what do you like from it, which positions do you enjoy the most, your achievements from your previous positions, etc. Also questions like are you willing to work in a factory? But the company wouldn't pay for the worker's living expenses. Also are you willing to work in night shift? Etc.
