Entretien
First it was a phone call interview with a panel, ~30 min. About two weeks later, on-site interview invitation was received. It was about 6 hours in total, with several panel discussion and individual meetings, your presentations ~10 min.
Questions d'entretien [2]
Question 1
Phone interview: The questions were "introduce yourself", "tell us about a NGS project you conducted" etc and left time for you to ask questions.
Then on-site interview: still more questions directly related to your qualifications, technical skills, and some of these could be derived from your presentation; and some behavioral questions like that how you process when having a disagreement with someone, or how you document your codes and analysis.

Panel interview (myself talking to two other people) over the phone. The panel had me elaborate on every project that I'd mentioned in my resume, my programming experience (languages, expertise), exposure to the field of bioinformatics, specific experiences with various types of next-generation sequencing data and software packages. The panel also had me describe situations where I had worked in teams, and my experiences (good and bad) in those teams.
