Depending on what type of job you are applying, the prospect of getting an interview are slim unless you have a lot of experience in the area you are applying for. Most interviews at Mayo are group/panel interviews, on average around 3-5 people, where 2-3 are colleagues that you will working with directly.

The interview process is robust and designed to hire the best people. The process took a long time from application to actual interview. I would recommend being patient and staying positive throughout the process.

One hour block with a panel of 3 interviewers. I walked through my resume then answered a series of behavioral questions in which I needed to reference specific examples from my employment past for each question.
