Had a phone interview with the CEO. Position seems interesting but couldn't shake the feeling that the CEO was looking down on me. Was contacted again because there were questions about the rate I was asking for. Was told during the second phone call that my PhD in applied physics and 6 years of radar experience was not as good as an Electrical Engineering PhD. I turned down the position.
