They invited me to an interview on Zoom. There was a senior partner and an HR with her camera off. The partner was the main person asking me personality-based questions.

The interview process was around 15 minutes with a partner and HR. I was asked basic questions such as why law, why Mayer Brown, and self-introduction. There were also competency questions and questions on my cv.

Entire process from application submission to interview outcome day took about a month. 15-20 minute interview. Thought there would be a PTH test for the interview, but that did not come up for me personally. I was interviewed by 2 partners and HR. Everyone was incredibly friendly and it was really chill. Did not directly ask some questions, so it felt like a chat. Asked me about my outside interests from the application form and wanted to learn more about my personal background.
