J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Maximus (Atlanta, GA) en juil. 2015

      Entretien

Invited to interview twice. The first interview was with QA and was in a small room. Straight forward questions about experience and scenarios. Following up with the candidate was a slight challenge for them. I didn't receive an email nor a phone call until one month passed. On the second interview, I was asked to present a customer service powerpoint between 10-15 minutes. The panel consisted of QA, HR, Recruiter, and a manager. No one asked any questions after the presentation. I made sure I asked plenty of questions. I was told I would be contacted soon but haven't and its been over a month. I followed up through email and phone and no one has responded. I think what makes me mad is I was invited to interview twice; one on one and with a panel. I at least deserve a response of some kind. It just shows how unprofessional people really are and for that I'm thankful they never called me. I don't think I would have lasted long with that type of unprofessionalism. I dodged that bullet.

      Candidature

J'ai postulé via une agence de recrutement. J'ai passé un entretien chez Maximus (Harrisburg, PA) en juil. 2017

      Entretien

Several years ago, I applied for this position through a local employment agency. They conducted a phone interview and then set up an interview date/time with HR. When I arrived at the building, it was in a low-end suburban office park, outside Harrisburg. I was not impressed by the building nor by the confusing interior and where to go. The CSR employees were corralled together like cattle in long rows of desks in an open floor plan. The lobby had dirty chairs with dubious grease stains and I was hesitant to sit down. The whole place gave off a weird vibe and I couldn't imagine being happy working there. The interview itself was conducted in the HR manager's office with him and a correspondence supervisor. The questions were fairly easy, but I learned more about the job that was not fully disclosed to me over the phone. The job entailed training very large classes of 25-30 trainees, a herculean effort for even the best senior educators! Ideally, a trainer should have no more than 15 trainees for maximum training efficiency and I made this fact known to them. Also, there would be quarterly visits to patient homes anywhere in PA to monitor the intake employees for quality purposes. These were both surprises to me and not mentioned previously. By now, I knew this job was not for me. They must have known of my disinterest as well, because I was not given an offer. Finally, the salary range mentioned was lower than the norm for this position. Overall, just too many negatives for me.
