Filled out app took a typing test once the typing test was completed I was then interviewed by a person. They asked questions about customer service. Then hired on the spot.

Group interview. If interviewing you are chosen to move forward. During that same interview process if you want to move forward you were asked to to your shift time. Once the call is complete. You will get consent form for your background and things of that nature in your email. So the on boarding process is fairly easy.
