I was called in through a job placement agency. I did not have an interview they brought me in the office and nothing else was conducted. I don't believe they even performed a background check

Group interview. If interviewing you are chosen to move forward. During that same interview process if you want to move forward you were asked to to your shift time. Once the call is complete. You will get consent form for your background and things of that nature in your email. So the on boarding process is fairly easy.
