I was contacted by a recruiter based on my monster.com resume. I met with several people the first day and everything seemed to go well with the first interviewer. The second female interviewer wouldn't let me finish a sentence. I was however invited back for a second interview. I met with the female manager again and my interview lasted only a few minutes when she then asked me to come to a third interview with her regional manager in a city over an hour away. I met with the regional manager who was completely resistant to my background and personality from the beginning. I have never met an interviewer before who came into a meeting with a perspective employee with such a closed mind. I have no idea why they jerked me though the trouble of three interviews if they had such doubts of my fit for the job in the first place. I received a polite and impersonal rejection email a week later. Oh well.
