I always like to inquire about the urgency of filing a position. The recruiter told me that the team was looking to bring in a new hire ASAP in the Columbia MD location. After the first interview with the recruiter, I heard back from her again after 2 weeks, and she wanted me to move forward with the second round, which was in-person. I went for the in-person interview and the team was about 15 minutes late. I met with the 2 interviewers listed and a third one (who was not mentioned as an interviewer). I was relax and was able to answer all their questions. When it was my turn, they were always pretending not to understand the context of my questions. Nevertheless, I kept a professional composure and a smile on my face. I followed up with the recruiter a week after my interview and I never heard back from them. It's been practically 3 weeks and I still haven't heard a word. WHEN YOU ARE INVITING A CANDIDATE FOR AN IN-PERSON INTERVIEW, BE RESPECTFUL OF THEIR TIME BY SENDING THEM AN EMAIL REGARDLESS OF YOUR FINAL DECISION. THAT BEHAVIOR JUST CONFIRMED THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ON YOUR COMPANY AND ALSO THE TOXIC CULTURE.

What a waste of time. Interviewers were late, unprepared and did not seem very focused.
