Entretien
I applied and had a phone screening with an employee from their corporate office. From there, I interviewed with the Account Manager for the office I would be working in. I was then called back to meet with the Recruiters in the office. I then went in for a third interview where I was required to call Nurses and try to schedule them for interviews.

I didn't expect to have to get on the phone and cold-call healthcare workers to get them to come in for interviews. I had plenty of experience cold-calling individuals with my previous recruiting work so it was not really an issue for me though.
