In the name of hiring fresher they conduct fake interview and ask to pay money to get 6 months experience. So don't fall in the trap you will get nothing knowledge. Instead of this go for some online courses available free or less charged courses.

The interview process was simple. I applied for Java developer and was asked basic question on Java such as what is java, jdk, JIT, data types, OOPs concepts, why is Java object oriented or not.
