I sent CV and Cover Letter and I got to the next stage where I sent a 3 minute video about me and why I would be an asset to the company. After that I was invited to the HQs for an assessment center. The event lasted the whole day (9-19) and most of the stuff done during the day could have been done easily online, like most other MNCs do. Big waste of time, they didn't even pay for my flight ticket and the whole tone of the session was rather condescending. They considered my profile to be more in line with a different position (Junior Area Manager) for which I needed to interview again with the specific manager. I went for the second time without any travel refund, had a 1h traditional interview where the manager approached me like if it would be in a militar environment. They probably don't realize that recruiting is also selling the company as an attractive employer.

Dopo un primo screening del curriculum, è stato richiesto di inviare un video di auto-presentazione della durata di 1 minuto. Successivamente sono stato chiamato per un colloquio conoscitivo su Skype. In fine, l'ultimo colloquio è avvenuto in sede, è durato una giornata ed era rappresentativo per la posizione.
