J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. J'ai passé un entretien chez Max Borges Agency (Miami, FL)
Entretien
It starts with a phone conversation before having you come in for an in person interview in front of a panel of senior managers / directors.
During that interview, you are asked a number of questions about your background, why you would be right for the job and then asked to present to this panel - a writing assignment with a press release, social media plan and messaging for a potential campaign.
The good thing is that all of the managers were in the same room at the same time - the bad thing is that this style of interview becomes a little like a firing squad.
Questions d'entretien [3]
Question 1
Please draft a press release and integrated marketing plan on a potential campaign.
While the interviewers seemed like lovely people, I was taken aback by the number of interviews/steps to complete for a somewhat junior role. I had 5 interviews in total, the last one being a panel interview, with two large-scale (10+ hours to complete total) mock projects to turn back within 2 days to be eligible to move to the next round. This may be standard practice for some firms, but I decided it was not what I was looking for and a bit much for interview.

Question 1
The beginning interview questions are more "getting to know you" - was asked about hobbies, interests outside of work, etc.
