I only participated in an initial phone call, however it was an over all negative experience, and somewhat unprofessional. When the interviewing manager called me, he did not ask if it was a good time to talk, he simply dived into the interviewing process. Generally in my experience most people like to set up a time for a conversation. After he stated that both weekend days are part of the schedule every week I declined.

The interview process with this company is pretty easy. It's more of a recruiting process where they try to dazzle you with top end numbers where, depending on the location, is sometimes impossible. They will try to undersell you and over sell their process. Beware! Don't let them fool you!
