J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Mavericks Consulting (Singapour)
Entretien
I applied for a Senior Fullstack Developer position via LinkedIn and received a response about a month later. The first step was a technical interview on Coderbyte, lasting about 2 hours, where I had to solve two problems: one based on binary trees and the other on graphs. After successfully completing this, I had an introductory meeting with HR approximately two weeks later, which mainly focused on Agile methodologies and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
Subsequently, I was invited for a live technical interview a week later, conducted by a Senior Fullstack Developer and a Project Manager, who is also a Scrum Master. This interview again touched upon Agile and TDD, and I was tasked with creating a simple command-line interface (CLI) to-do list with basic create and update functionalities.
However, about four days after this interview, I was unexpectedly rejected with the reason for performance optimization but there was no concern about performance in a TODO list and the interviewer never asked me their requirement of performance so maybe there was a template of the TODO list, they tell you nothing if you can do it then you good to go.
This process ended up being quite time-consuming and ultimately felt like a waste of time for me. I would advise others to consider the lengthy and uncertain nature of this interview process before deciding to participate and also keep Performace optimization in mind.
