I submitted an online form to become part of the firm. I received an email the next morning to schedule an interview. The recruiter called on time. We spoke for about 30 minutes about the requirements and my background. It seems that we really hit it off and spoke to one another very candidly. The recruiter was very up front and informative about the company and answered all questions fully without beating around the bush. I like that in a company and a person.
They typically will call you, but are selective on who they take. The firm will then ask for your income, risk tolerance, returns, negative/positive personality traits

None really - just make sure you have a passion for markets, and willing to put in the work. Be clear that you want to trade, and want to grow with the firm.

Mostly online with a series on phone conversations with a recruiter. We talked about my trading background and some of the strategies I used. It seems like they wanted to find out if I was willing to learn and be part of a team
