Entretien
Great - the interview process took roughly 30 min and it was very laid back and fun. My manager was very fun and devoted to the team. Loved working there. Would recommend.

They asked why I chose that company over others. They valued my loyalty to the brand and my opinion. I was also asked why I liked the industry and retail in general.

Entretien
In the back room, no styling a mannequin as seen sometimes, pretty average but some confusing questions, questions about experience, scheduling, pay, skills, how to resolve conflicts, your relationships with customers or coworkers , accomplishments, etc.
Interview was good. Basic questions. A couple questions about style like what is my favorite fashion trend at the moment. Overall an average interview. Other questions were about customer service.
In person interview ~40 min, was an average interview with normal questions. Got an offer the day of through a phone call later that day. Overall average interview process, start with phone call and ended with offer over the phone.
