Entretien
It was a phone interview at first, I was asked basic questions such as my experience and qualifications. I was fresh out of high school so I didn't have any experience but I was familiar with the store and the type of environment that they uphold. I was then asked for a sit down with the manager and answered more basic questions.

Entretien
In the back room, no styling a mannequin as seen sometimes, pretty average but some confusing questions, questions about experience, scheduling, pay, skills, how to resolve conflicts, your relationships with customers or coworkers , accomplishments, etc.
Interview was good. Basic questions. A couple questions about style like what is my favorite fashion trend at the moment. Overall an average interview. Other questions were about customer service.
In person interview ~40 min, was an average interview with normal questions. Got an offer the day of through a phone call later that day. Overall average interview process, start with phone call and ended with offer over the phone.
