I went through 2 interviews. One of the interviews was with the store manager and the other was with the area sales leader. I had a great interview and they made me feel very comfortable so it was easier to talk about my experiences.

Entretien
Was very quick and questions were not difficult great for an entry level management job. Focused on basic leadership skills and customer service. You will have 2 interviews minimum starting with the general manager then the district manager.
Pretty simple. Brief conversation with store lead about past experience and current role expectations. Very laid back company and demands. Conversation did happen in person at the retail store itself in their back room.
