I wasn’t told there would be an assessment, which was quite challenging and expected knowledge outside your technical expertise, such as mechanical engineering. I also sensed that remote working is discouraged, even though it is technically allowed. Overall, the process felt disorganised, opaque, and a waste of candidates’ time.
