The process was straightforward, too quick, and a waste of time. I emailed them, and got a response about 2 weeks later. They told me to come in, with no specifics on who I will meet. I came in and it was a painful experience. The potential supervisor, make absolutely no eye contact, sat crossed arms, and showed no interest or care. It was the HR person that had to explain why they were looking for a new registrar. The lead registrar would be switching to part time and needed two more full time registrars. The head of production was friendly, nice and was more involved in the interview. Asking questions and at times I felt was compensating for the would-be-supervisors lack of interest. When I asked the lead registrar specific questions just for them, they just shrugged and answered with the most minimal, uninterested answer possible. They did mention that the person on the job, needs to be flexible and keep up with last-minute demands. I felt they wanted a robot and not really a person as a registrar. I was out of there after 20 minutes and never heard from them .
