They are not looking for any scripted answers about what you bring can do or bring to the company. If you're at the interview stage, they already know your technical background and what you are capable of. They want to see your soft skills; how well you can carry on a conversation, if you're a team player, are you a nice person, etc Tips: Be nice Be positive Be honest Be engaging Ask good questions Never hurts to be funny too
