I had a zoom interview. The interviewer was 6 minutes late to the zoom call. They were dressed like a slob with a ghetto football team beanie on as well, looked like a gang member. Started the interview and they kept interrupting me 3 questions in. Exited the interview zoom call after they interrupted me for the 3rd time. Another person with the same first name applied so when I got the meeting invite for the interview they sent the other person's resume as an attachment. I feel like leading by example is not practiced here. I misunderstood a question thinking it was piggy backing on the previous question and they interviewer got visibly upset, even though they were late to the interview, had the wrong resume, and dressed in sweats.
