J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez MathWorks
Entretien
1. HireVue and hackerrank. The hackerrank had 5 math questions (think discrete math, probability, combinations, etc). Then a choice of: ~45 matlab multiple choice questions or a leetcode question. The Matlab questions gave you syntax and ask what it accomplished, or other theoretical things about the language itself.
2. Phone screening. Pretty straightforward, chat about your resume with someone and demonstrate knowledge about the role and company. it's not too serious
3. Remote Onsite:
1:45 hour technical interview. The interview is led by someone in the EDG currently, a younger person. Technical questions about resume, some specific questions about your domain, then leetcode questions. This was true for an engineering major applying, they will ask you coding questions no matter your major. One of my questions was in Matlab, one was in python.
45 minute behavioral interviews with manager and HR. Manager asked a bit more about technical details, HR was totally behavioral.

The interviewers were very helpful and did not seem intimidating at all. First there is a phone call with the manager where they just ask you what you want to do if you join mathworks. Then theres the technical interview. Another manager round and finally the HR round.
They asked a low-level design question. There were two interviewers. One was just there to oversee and the other was a member of the EDG group who joined ~2 years ago.
