The process was long, over a month. Got to the final round of interviews and still had no idea what the compensation range for the position was. After 3 rounds and that final in-person day of interviews and presentation did not get an offer. Realized after the fact I should have never wasted so much time with a company who can't even give their candidates a salary range or any idea if the job was going to be the right fit financially. Its crazy to think in Massachusetts salary ranges are about to be required on job postings and this company couldn't even tell their candidate after a phone screen or even after rounds of interviews.
