I applied online and received an email the next day about a possible phone interview. The first interview was HR and is pretty easy. They basically check your details and your ability to coherently put together sentences and express your thoughts in a proper way. First interview is easy and no need to fret over it. The lady on the phone scheduled an interview for the following week for the 2nd round. The 2nd round is more indepth. Math and Controls part is very easy. They do go indepth in C++ (so do prepare all the interview questions on this site.. they basically ask the exact same questions to each and every person interviewing for Mathworks). I did not get an offer after 2nd round. To be honest, Mathworks interview process is pretty flawed. They do not test the analytical skill of the interviewee.. only their ability to remember terms and formulas. So if you really want to ace the interview process, you should be at the top of your game with all the questions on this site.
