Fascinating software development environment. Extremely focused on technical accomplishments that directly boost software sales. Interview process was polite, but unclear on job details, expectations (70-80 hrs a week was mentioned for top performers), performance evaluation criteria, etc. Very much a "let us hire you and then we'll figure out what you'll be doing" situation. Expected salary was requested during on site interview - recommendation is to go high.

Initially I was asked to send a short video for which they have already send me questions. Each question had 30 sec to reply. Questions were simple HR type .
Second round was online aptitude and coding. If you have prepared well you will clear this . Unfortunately I couldn't clear this stage.

Entretien
It submitted my resume on the company online application system and got a call from HR a week later. It focused on my previous experience and project. She said the resume would be forwarded to the higher level technical manager and they would call back when there was a match. So far no call.
