They want to know what you think about each component of their app and other popular sites (Facebook, Amazon). 3) One hour analytics assessment (Excel, mostly based on conversion percentages) 4) 30 minute call with VP in a mock product scenario

Submitted my application online and got a call from the recruiter. As a next step, I had to complete an assessment within a 24-hour period, which itself took roughly 3 hours to complete. After submitting, I was informed that they were moving forward with other candidates. Understandable of course, but considering the time I had spent on the assessment, I asked for some feedback. I followed up twice asking for feedback and received no response. If candidates are going through recruiter calls and taking several hours out of their day to complete an assessment, it's the least a company can do to provide some feedback when they decide not to move forward. I hope this experience only reflects on poorly managed interviews and not on the company as a whole.
