After the brief initial screening, I had 2 rounds of video interviews, one with the hiring manager, the second with several team members. Everyone was friendly and fairly casual (yet professional). I was given a time frame for their decision (1 week). I was ghosted after this, despite sending an email to follow up.

I applied for the position about 2 months ago and in that time I had 2 video interviews. The people were nice enough and the interviews were more on the casual side as opposed to a more high-pressure feel, which was reassuring. I was given a timeline when I would hear back about a decision, and when I wasn't given an update within that time, I had to reach out a couple of times in order to get one. I was told that the team decided to pursue another candidate, but the very same position was reposted a day before I got this response, so it feels like that reply lacked transparency. Unfortunately, my request for feedback also went unacknowledged. Overall, this seems like a good place to work with good people, but the drawn-out interview process with a very unceremonious conclusion was disappointing to experience.
