I spoke with a recruiter as the initial screen, then met with the manager and one of their managing directors. The team is pretty small and intimate, they made the process clear from start to finish. The expectations were clear, the team asked questions regarding knowledge of the art industry, company exposure and value add in this current state. I think someone with history or exposure to art as an alternative investment is a better candidates that someone from a traditional financial background.
