Short preliminary 15 minute phone call with the recruiter. It was good, they explained the company and the role very well - warm too it was easy to be interviewed
Very fair although takes a while to get feedback. Many candidates apply so this is the reason for the delay. The job title kept on changing though during the time that it was open for application.
