Had short call with internal recruiter about the role.
Invited to F2F interview in London HQ.
Interview was very conversational, two current EAs interviewing, questions were very much about my exposure to different business cultures, why I wanted to work at Mastercard, my experience of supporting senior stakeholders. They were also keenly interested in what I do outside of work.

Entretien
I received a request to meet with a recruiter who didn't show up, hasn't acknowledged that they didn't show up and doesn't respond, I'm not sure if this is a symptom of the company but this is a trend and is unacceptable.

It was very organized and thorough, I alwas knew the next steps. They were very clear in what they offered, what the position entitled and what was expected of me

Entretien
The Interviewer wore a hoodie to my virtual interview and could not answer any of my questions. They told me I should receive a 2nd interview invitation via email by “someone” (they did not know who the invitation would come from.), however no email was ever sent to me. I sent a folllow-up email after my initial interview to let them know that I had not received any email invitation and to inquire about the status of my candidacy. Again, crickets. I never received a reply to that email. It was then when I decided to withdraw my application. I will never reapply to Mastercard and will discourage others from doing so as well.
